Dance co pictures are fun, I'm glad I got to do it again this year! We went downtown to the old county building and then over to "exchange plaza" between Main and State, about 350 south.

The Pinster Family

I took some family pictures for my friend Emilee, who had family in town from Oregon in July. It was fun getting to know them a little bit, but I'm sorry that I have forgotten names now.
Whenever I do big family pictures, I take individual family pictures as well. You might as well, you're all together and looking nice, right?
Emilee's family is great, they are funny and sarcastic and got my jokes.
I love it when I can make the guys who don't like to smile let down their guard and smile. I get it, my dad doesn't like to smile either. Not that you can tell if he is because he has a big mustache. It's all about the eyes, I guess.And you can't forget Grandpa. It's crazy to me when people only have two cousins on one whole side of their family, because I have at least 26 on each side! It's always nice though to get Grandparents with the grandkids because let's be honest, Grandparents are the best.

Finally!

I'm so excited to finally get going on this! I have updated the Bridals, Engagements and Families portfolios on my website and the others will be up soon. It's a little time consuming making the pictures smaller and posting them up, not to mention scanning the archives to decide what goes on the site! It's been a lot of fun and has brought up some great memories, so thanks for letting me take pictures of you, participate in your big events and just be your friend! I'm going to use this blog to talk about my recent shoots and also to highlight some of my past work and favorite pictures I've done. I'm also working on a contest and a sale, so stay tuned!
